TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the energy-efficient roof renovation of building I04 of the Hannover Medical School (MHH). The scope of services includes in particular the following works: - **Site set-up and securing:** Setup, maintenance and dismantling of the construction site, scaffold erection works as well as required protective and securing measures. - **Dismantling and removal:** Removal of the existing roof waterproofing, defective insulation materials, roof structures, skylights and smoke vent and smoke exhaust (RWA) systems including proper disposal. - **Roof waterproofing works:** Replacement of thermal insulation and installation of new roof waterproofing including connections, penetrations and parapets (attics). - **Technical roof structures:** Installation of new skylights and RWA systems, replacement and/or repair of the roof drainage system, installation of a new lightning protection system as well as adaptation and reinstallation of existing technical roof structures. - **Fall-arrest systems and documentation:** Fabrication of the specified anchoring structures as well as carrying out the required tests and documentation works.
