TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the refurbishment of the facade of Building I02 of the Hannover Medical School (MHH), existing timber-aluminium, plastic and aluminium windows as well as door elements, louvres and vertical louvres of various types are dismantled and replaced with new aluminium windows. All refurbishment work is carried out during ongoing operations and in different construction phases. This bill of quantities includes the trades: Windows - timber/aluminium, aluminium doors/glazing, external louvres/sun blinds (Raffstores), sealing works, demolition works. Supply and installation of aluminium windows and timber-aluminium windows (timber spruce/alu anodised EV1) in various formats, 1- to 4-part, Uw = 1.0 W/m2K, triple insulating glazing with VSG on both sides, Supply and installation of aluminium external door elements, 1- and 2-leaf, RC2N, with panic hardware, overhead door closer, emergency exit latches and bottom seals, barrier-free in accordance with DIN 18040. Post-and-rail facade (Alu, black, Ucw = 1.1 W/m2K) including fixed glazing, windows, doors and panels as well as a windbreak structure.
