TENDER DESCRIPTION

As a high-performing centre of supramaximal care, Medizinische Hochschule Hannover (MHH) operates a highly frequented gastroenterological endoscopy service. The scope of tasks there includes the entire spectrum of diagnostic and interventional endoscopy at the international top level. This includes, among other things, highly complex, controlled procedures such as endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), cholangioscopy, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and complex tissue resections (EMR/ESD). For the year 2024, the following examination figures are known: Video gastroscopies: 5795 Video colonoscopies: 2336 Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP): 1050 EndoSono: 347 Total examinations 2024: 9528 In this context, gapless, technically fault-free and high-resolution imaging is the fundamental requirement for patient safety and precise clinical control. In order to sustainably secure this high standard of care, depending on the initial situation, supplementary and/or replacement procurement of modern endoscopy towers and the associated instruments is mandatory.
