TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under a service contract, high-quality, energy-efficient technical operation and maintenance (service purchase) of the A, B and C building wings of the Hungarian Judicial Academy. Size of the areas to be operated: A building wing total: 2 124.54 m2, B building wing total: 4287.21 m2, C building wing total: 752.48 m2. Operational tasks: maintenance of architecture, building engineering, building electrical systems, sprinkler fire-fighting system, fire alarm system, the Fitness C wing, lifts, kitchen technology, security technology, interior design, furniture, green areas and the associated equipment; carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance; performing ad hoc tasks. The ongoing operational tasks must be managed in process management (FM) software by the successful tenderer. The detailed tasks are set out in the technical specification and the draft contract.
