TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement includes maintenance services together with incident resolution for various OpenText software products (formerly Micro Focus, legal successor OpenText), as well as the permanent provision of additional new licenses together with maintenance services and incident resolution for a period of up to a total of two years by commissioning a fulfillment agent. The conditions arise from an existing MLA contract. The framework agreement has a term of 12 months with a one-time, active extension option for a further 12 months and begins upon award, at the earliest on 01.12.2026. Estimated acceptance quantities: The total number of existing licenses for a wide variety of Micro Focus software products currently totals 41,254 units. The estimated requirement for maintenance services together with incident resolution for the existing licenses is therefore likewise 41,254 units per year. Maximum acceptance quantities: In addition to the estimated requirement referred to above, up to a further 801 licenses for a wide variety of Micro Focus software products may be called off from the framework agreement for permanent provision together with associated maintenance…
