TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement includes maintenance services in addition to incident management for various OpenText software products (formerly Micro Focus, legal successor OpenText) as well as the permanent provision of additional new licenses including maintenance services and incident management for a period of up to a total of two years by assigning a Fulfillment Agent. The terms and conditions are derived from an existing MLA agreement. The framework agreement has a term of 12 months with a single, active extension option for a further 12 months and begins upon award, at the earliest on 01.12.2026. Estimated acceptance quantities: The total number of existing licenses for various Micro Focus software products currently amounts to 41,254 units. The estimated requirement for maintenance services in addition to incident management for the existing licenses therefore likewise amounts to 41,254 units per year.
