TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of subscription-based usage rights for MICROSOFT software products. The products, subject to the contract, are described in Appendix 3-Price Proposal and in Table 1 in the technical specification, part of the documentation. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the quantities of the requested licenses for each calendar year for which the respective licenses are activated. The maximum period within which the Contractor must provide the Contracting Authority access to the licenses by email, through the contact persons of both parties, is 10 (ten) working days from the contract start date. For the second and third year of the contract, the Contracting Authority sends an order to the Contractor with the corresponding number of licenses no later than 15 (fifteen) days before the expiration of the licenses from the previous year. The Contractor is obliged, upon receiving the order from the Contracting Authority, to renew the licenses before their expiration.
