Place of activity for the residents of “Borowiec” 1. The subject of the contract is the development of the site as part of the project titled Place of activity for the residents of “Borowiec”. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) Preparatory works 2) Execution of a surface using concrete paving blocks, edging 3) Construction of fencing 4) Small architecture – purchase, delivery and installation 5) Planting 6) Execution of lighting and monitoring 7) Execution of as-built documentation in 3 copies containing: a) acceptance protocols, test protocols, measurement protocols and other necessary protocols confirming the proper execution of construction and installation works during construction, b) geodetic as-built survey, c) material specification sheets, d) as-built cost estimates, e) drawings and supplementary descriptions for the project, serving the implementation of the structure, if any such were prepared.
