TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the award of a rental and maintenance contract for a total of 99 brand-new, energy-efficient and low-emission copying devices of different performance classes (LC I-IV), including the options and additional orders expressly provided for in the specification of services. The rental includes the following services: - delivery, installation and commissioning - instructing/briefing of the staff - maintenance and service - automatic supply of consumables Administration (7 service locations) 32x LC I (MFP, DIN A3/A4, 25 pages/min.) 25x LC II (MFP, DIN A3/A4, 40 pages/min.) Schools (11 sites), each optionally with integrated and/or external finisher 10x LC II (MFP, DIN A3/A4, 40 pages/min.) 32x LC III (MFP, DIN A3/A4, 60 pages/min.) Optional item 5x LC IV (MFP, DIN A4, 60 pages/min.) The contracting authority intends, in accordance with the current planning status, to gradually expand the equipment fleet during the term of this contract by 23 devices, as existing legacy contracts for existing equipment will expire successively.
