TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this framework agreement is the conclusion of a lease and full-service contract for the temporary provision of laser multifunction devices (copying, printing and scanning functions) in accordance with the specification of services (Annex 2) with confidential printing (authentication solution using a PIN and card reader or chip, as well as optional accessories (e.g. finisher, pedestal cabinet, DADF)) for the contracting authority at all locations of the police headquarters Oberpfalz. The devices are called off individually during the term of the contract. The full service for each device is 60 (sixty) months from delivery of the respective individual device, regardless of when the call-off under the framework agreement is made. After the end of the contract term, rental is no longer possible. The contract includes the full service.
