Gegenstand dieses Vertrages ist die umfassende Versorgung des Auftraggebers mit Berufsbekleidung für den Gemeindebauhof durch den Auftragnehmer.

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract particularly includes: a) the rental provision of workwear for use by the contracting authority's employees, cf. Annex 3 (Description of Services), Annex 1 (Bill of Quantities) b) the regular cleaning, maintenance and disinfection of the provided workwear, c) the repair of damaged or worn workwear, d) the replacement of worn out or unusable workwear, e) the provision of a digital communication and inventory management platform (software), its operation and maintenance f) the logistics services for collection, delivery and exchange traffic including provision of lockers. This contract constitutes a mixed contract, comprising elements of lease law pursuant to §§ 535 et seq. BGB (provision of the workwear for use against payment, provision and operation of the software) as well as elements of contract for work and services law pursuant to §§ 631 et seq. BGB (among others cleaning, maintenance and repair as contractual services). As far as no special regulations are made in this contract, the respective statutory provisions shall apply.
