TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (AG) places an order for the procurement of server hardware, hypervisor, storage (vSAN), network switches, and the performance of the software update of Open Scape Voice V10 to the current release V11, including all connected applications. As part of the migration, the hypervisor VM-Ware is to be replaced with Proxmox. Since the existing Open Scape Contact Center cannot be virtualised on Proxmox and is also no longer being further developed by the manufacturer Mitel, the migration is to be carried out to the Mitel CX Contact Center.
