TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority (AG) places the procurement of server hardware, hypervisor, storage (vSAN), network switches and the performance of the software update of the Open Scape Voice V10 to the current release V11 incl. all connected applications. As part of the migration, the hypervisor VM-Ware is to be replaced with Proxmox. Since the existing Open Scape Contact Center cannot be virtualized on Proxmox and is no longer further developed by the manufacturer Mitel, the migration is to be carried out to the Mitel CX Contact Center.
