TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of hardware supplies, building materials and small hardware items for the needs of Mikalo Oy’s property maintenance and apartment renovations. The procurement will be implemented as a framework arrangement with one (1) supplier for the contract period 1.1.2027–31.12.2028. The selected supplier will act as the client’s primary collection point for hardware supplies in Mikkeli. The scope of the procurement includes, among other things, doors, boards/strips, timber, paints, putties/levelling compounds, waterproofing membranes, fasteners, hand tools and protective equipment. Electrical and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) equipment are included in the contract scope in addition, in connection with store visits and maintenance visits. The contract does not create any quantitative purchasing obligation for the contracting entity.
