TENDER DESCRIPTION

Guard services for the Mikkeli Diocesan Parish for the three-year contract period as a single whole in accordance with this tender request. The Mikkeli Diocesan Parish operates in the areas of Mikkeli, Anttola, Haukivuori, Ristiina, Suomenniemi and Puumala. The properties include churches, parish halls, assembly facilities, chapels for services, camp centres, and cemetery buildings. A list of monitored alarm guard locations is provided in Appendix 1. The parish’s needs for security services are varied. The largest component is the guarding of premises and property during times when the parish’s activities are minimal or there are none at all. The main purpose of the security services is to ensure the continuity and uninterrupted operation of activities and to take care of the safety of personnel and properties. For the contracting authority, important matters include qualitative requirements and the most real-time situational awareness possible of deviations and risk factors occurring in the premises that endanger safety.
