TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Fraunhofer IKTS Micro Systems, LTCC and HTCC group specializes in the development of highly integrated ceramic multilayer systems and in the surface functionalization for high-frequency, sensor and measurement technology. One focus is on additive manufacturing of electronic structures on complex 2D and 3D geometries, as well as on the integration of passive components. In order to expand competencies in the field of digital printing and 3D system integration, within the scope of the procurement project that is financed through co-funding by the European Union (funding reference EFRE InfraProNet 2021-2027, application 100786592, account number 3001119322), a dispensing system is to be procured which can deposit highly resolved structures. This system is specifically intended for producing microstructures with the highest geometrical precision and a resolution in the single-digit micrometer range. A key advantage lies in the ability to process highly viscous pastes (up to 2,500,000 cP) in a material-saving and reproducible manner while simultaneously having small structure widths (from 1 µm).
