TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Microsystems, LTCC and HTCC group of Fraunhofer IKTS specialises in the development of highly integrated ceramic multilayer systems and in the functionalisation of surfaces for high-frequency, sensor and measurement technology. One focus is on additive manufacturing of electronic structures on complex 2D and 3D geometries, as well as the integration of passive components. In order to expand competences in the area of digital printing and 3D system integration, within the framework of the procurement project co-financed by the European Union (funding reference EFRE InfraProNet 2021-2027, application 100786592, account number 3001119322), a dispensing system is to be procured that can dispense highly resolved structures. This system is specifically intended for the production of microstructures with the highest geometric precision and a resolution in the single-digit micrometre range. A key advantage lies in the ability to process highly viscous pastes (up to 2,500,000 cP) in a material-saving and reproducible manner while using simultaneously small structure widths (from 1 µm).
