TENDER DESCRIPTION

Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of soil microbiological preparations used in crop production areas for Annamajori Mezőgazdasági és Kereskedelmi Kft. After successful completion of the participation phase of this procedure, when a specific procurement need arises, the Contracting Authority sends the invitation to submit tenders to the applicants who have been deemed suitable via the EKR. During implementation of the DPS, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), the Contracting Authority makes available, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation to submit tenders, to the applicant for participation in the DPS the precise technical description, quantities and contractual terms relating to the specific public procurements to be implemented within the system, for the purpose of participation in the DPS.
