TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the equipment of the cleanroom of the Institute for Quantum Technologies, a specific machinery park for the manufacturing, processing, and integration of micro and nanosystems and related quantum technologies is being procured. Within the scope of this tender, a system for the construction of miniaturized quantum optical systems is being procured. The system is used for the additive manufacturing of micro and nanostructures as well as microoptics using two-photon polymerization. By the nonlinear absorption of a focused femtosecond laser, a photosensitive material is locally cured, resulting in high-resolution 3D structures as well as micro-optical components. The system serves a variety of applications for the production of microstructures, surface finishing, fiber integration of photonic integrated components, manufacturing of photonic and microphotonic components such as gratings, creation of microlenses and arrays, and production of lensed fiber components.
