TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipal authorities, namely the municipality of Alphen-Chaam, the municipality of Baarle-Nassau and Gilze en Rijen (ABG), the municipality of Etten-Leur, the municipality of Halderberge, the municipality of Moerdijk, the municipality of Woensdrecht, the municipality of Zundert, hereinafter referred to as the “contracting authority” or “client”, intend to award the contract for environmental incident response. For the detailed information, see the descriptive document. The expected indicative average annual scope is € 350,000 exclusive of VAT. Over a period of four (4) contract years, this amounts to a total of approximately € 1,400,000 exclusive of VAT and price indexing. The above-described scope is based on historical figures from the past few years and provides an indication of the expected scope. However, the future need within the municipalities is and remains unpredictable, because it concerns unforeseen events that deviate from standard business activities and cannot be assessed in advance.
