TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is a fully functional, calibratable millimeter-wave interferometry measurement bench suitable for scientific laboratory operation for the characterization of high-frequency components, radar systems, and radar antennas. The three core functions—network analysis, spectral/signal analysis, and analog and vector signal generation—must cover the frequency ranges required for the respective function up to 170 GHz. The measurement bench is used in particular for the experimental investigation of millimeter-wave interferometry and radar. Key applications include investigating non-linearities, multiple reflections, phase and amplitude errors, noise and phase-noise characteristics, and characterizing antenna radio-function-channel target interactions in controlled far-field and near-field scenarios.
