TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Town Hall of Cercs is the owner of the facilities of CEIP Sant Salvador and the Bressol School Els Barrufets, located at Camí de Sant Jordi, 81, in the Sant Jordi district of Cercs. The schools were built in 1979 adapting to the site’s topography, which presents a significant level difference. This configuration causes numerous architectural barriers to exist in the entrances to the buildings, the routes between the different educational spaces, and the playgrounds, making mobility difficult and preventing compliance with the current accessibility requirements. The actions consist of improving accessibility to the buildings of CEIP Sant Salvador and the Bressol School Els Barrufets by constructing new accessible routes, ramps, stairways, renewing paving, adapting entrances, improving outdoor spaces and the main playground, as well as installing protection and signage elements, adapting the overall area to the Accessibility Code of Catalonia.
