TENDER DESCRIPTION

Rental of a total of 15 vehicles belonging either to the M2 vehicle category under point b) of paragraph (9) of section 2 of Government Decree 5/1990 (IV. 12.) KöHÉM (KöHÉM Decree), or to the M3 vehicle category under point c) of paragraph (9) of section 2 of the same decree, 16-22 seat buses (Vehicles), according to the schedule set out in point 7 of Part II of the Technical Description, and the provision of supplementary services related to the operation of the Vehicles as specified in the Technical Description (Supplementary Services). The Vehicles will not become the property of the Contracting Authority - ownership remains with the tenderer throughout the rental arrangement. The Contracting Authority accepts only the offering of identical types of Vehicles per propulsion type (i.e., for diesel-powered Vehicles, only offers for identical types of Vehicles are accepted, and independently, for electric-powered Vehicles only offers for identical types of Vehicles are accepted).
