Minor Building and Carpentry Works

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of this competition is to invite proposals from suitably qualified organisations / individuals for the provision of minor building and carpentry works to Children's Health Ireland (CHI) as a whole, including the National Children’s Hospital Ireland, CHI at Crumlin, CHI at Temple Street, CHI at Connolly and CHI at Tallaght. CHI will commence operational commissioning of the National Children’s Hospital Ireland in 2026. It is an objective of CHI to have a suitable qualified and experienced healthcare carpentry service engaged to support this commissioning effort. Should this tender process be completed in a timely fashion, CHI may drawdown on services as required for this project. The successful contractor will also be approved under this tendering process to undertake works at any of the other CHI sites through the duration of the framework. The framework duration is 36 months with the option to extend for one year maximum. The company / individual selected will be responsible for the supply of minor works and carpentry materials and any other supplies required to carry out the task.
