TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Syndicat Durance Luberon directly manages water and sanitation services through the management board created in 1997, with financial autonomy, and is responsible for managing subscribers and their billing. The contract for the software relating to subscriber management expires on 22 March 2027; the Syndicat is therefore launching a new procurement procedure. The successful tenderer must propose a solution sized to support the evolution of the number of users and of data throughout the duration of the contract. The software must be able to take over the entire history of the existing data (10 years if possible - 5 years mandatory) and its quality, its long-term sustainability and its scalability must make it possible to increase and improve the services.
