TENDER DESCRIPTION
The objective of this service is to update the Flood Hazard Maps (AZI) dated 1998 for the Charente basin by simulating hydrological events with a view to: • updating knowledge of flood risk, • revising existing PPRi and, where applicable, carrying out others, • providing useful information for managing flood emergencies for this watercourse. The study will cover both flood risk due to overtopping of the watercourse and flood risk due to surface runoff. It will also assess the risk linked to groundwater level rise and its contributory role in flooding due to overtopping of the watercourse or due to surface runoff.
