The start date for the execution of works is typically triggered by the issuance of a specific service order for the commencement of works, following the notification of the market. The Acte d'Engagement (AE) provides several options for the commencement date: the date of market notification, the date of service order notification, or the start date of execution specified by the market if it is subsequent to the notification of the service order for works commencement.

Key milestones and phases include a provisional execution schedule to be submitted by the candidate as part of their offer. A detailed execution schedule, outlining different tasks, duration per work phase, and the number of personnel present simultaneously on site per phase, will be established during the initial site meetings. The overall works will proceed according to the phasing and deadlines mutually agreed upon by the client and the contracting company.

The core scope of work for this tender involves several key deliverables related to electrical installations, monitoring, safety, and administrative procedures. The main components include the provision, installation, and connection of a system monitoring solution, which features local communication hardware (datalogger/network card) utilizing an open protocol (e.g., Modbus TCP) for future integration, alongside automatic alert configurations via MQTT protocol.

Additionally, the project requires the supply, installation, and connection of a display panel (minimum 80x50cm) with customizable silkscreen, an adapted interface, and a wired communication link to a pulse output meter, including all necessary power cabling, study, parameter setting, and commissioning.

A critical safety component is the supply and installation of an emergency stop system, consisting of a glass-break emergency cut-off box at the building entrance with indicator lights, connected via fire-resistant cables to MX coils for simultaneous DC and AC disconnector cut-off.

The tender also covers comprehensive earthing (mise à la terre), which includes the supply and installation of equipotential bonding conductors (6mm² min Cu) with bi-metal connection systems for the integration, and a general equipotential bonding conductor (16mm² Cu) fixed to cable trays, extending to the TDGS terminal block/busbar, and interconnecting modules, structures, inverters, and enclosures.

Administrative procedures are a significant part of the scope, encompassing the dimensioning and layout of both physical and electrical installations, preparation of execution plans, drafting of the execution file (DOE), technical support for the ENEDIS connection agreement and request, obtaining a conformity certificate from an approved body, requesting Consuel certification, conducting tests, commissioning the system, providing training, and offering guarantees.

Finally, for certain lots, the scope includes the replacement of transparent sheet metal roofing with a pre-lacquered steel tray that matches the existing roof's characteristics.
