TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract award procedure used is the open tendering procedure subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement without a minimum and with a maximum is concluded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount is 1,300,000 euro(s) excluding tax (HT) over the total duration of the framework agreement. It will give rise to the issuing of purchase orders. No division into lots is planned. The consultation is launched by Vienne Condrieu Agglomération. As of 31 January 2027, the contract is transferred to the municipalities concerned grouped in a coordinated purchasing group by Vienne Condrieu Agglomération under Article L.5211-4-4 of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT) (following the return of the telealarm competency to the municipalities).
