TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation aims to establish a participation agreement for supplementary provident benefits for local authority employees, covering temporary incapacity for work, invalidity and death. The contract is subject to optional accession from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, and then subject to mandatory accession from 1 January 2029. Bidders must submit three distinct rates for the different periods. No participation agreement is in place as of the date of publication of Law No 2025-1251 of 22 December 2025. Pursuant to Article 6 of that Law, the provisions relating to mandatory accession are applicable to the contracting authority only from 1 January 2029. The group contract is therefore subject to optional accession from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, and then subject to mandatory accession from 1 January 2029, under the conditions detailed in Chapter 03 of the Particular Conditions.
