TENDER DESCRIPTION
Lot No. 1 includes the implementation and operation, from January 1, 2027, of a transitional system covering all functions necessary for the complete execution of payroll. It also includes the preparation, pre-liquidation, control, and transmission of movements intended for the DGFiP custom payroll system, the production of flows compliant with the GEST interface, the processing of DGFiP feedback, interfaces with Lot No. 2 and PEP, data recovery and reliability, testing, training, maintenance, support, and reversibility.
