Mise en place et gestion d'un dispositif d'agents de médiation

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation will result in the conclusion of a mixed-price framework agreement. - The lump-sum price portion will include the setup and day-to-day management of the mediation agents scheme. - The unit-price portion will include the overtime hours carried out by the agents of the mediation team. In application of Articles R 2162-2, paragraph 2 and R 2162-4, point 2 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique), additional services are handled at unit prices on the basis of the Unit Price Schedules submitted and the quantities actually performed. These services will be subject to quotations and the issuance of purchase orders.
