TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation will result in the conclusion of a mixed-price framework agreement. - The fixed-price part will include the implementation and ongoing management of the mediation agents system. - The unit-price part will include overtime hours performed by the members of the mediation team. Pursuant to Articles R 2162-2 paragraph 2 and R 2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code, additional services are handled at unit prices based on the submitted Unit Price Schedules and the quantities actually performed. These services will be subject to estimates and the issuance of purchase orders.
