TENDER DESCRIPTION

The consultation will result in the award of a framework agreement with mixed pricing. - The fixed-price portion will include setting up and day-to-day management of the mediation agents’ service. - The unit-price portion will include overtime hours carried out by the agents of the mediation team. In application of Articles R 2162-2, paragraph 2, and R 2162-4, point 2° of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique), additional services are handled at unit prices on the basis of the Unit Price Schedules submitted and the quantities actually carried out. These services will be the subject of quotations and the issuing of purchase orders.
