This lot covers: - The strip-outs and cleanings concern partitions and linings with an unknown fire-resistance rating in the secondary galleries, C. Bernard and J.B. Dumas, as well as the complete demolition of the partitions, equipment, finishes and floors of the sanitary facilities and adjacent rooms of the South sector. - Masonry and plastering works are intended to reconstitute and strengthen the fire-compartmentation: partitions and linings in plasterboard tiles (1h to 1h30), 1h fire-resisting floor in the secondary gallery, network service enclosures, and the fit-out of the sanitary facilities and the cafeteria (partitions, floors, wall tiles, suspended ceilings). - Painting works ensure the finishing of all treated areas, with anti-graffiti finishes and touch-ups where joinery interventions are made.
