TENDER DESCRIPTION

Design competition for project management consulting services based on a sketch. The details of the missions entrusted to the successful tenderer are set out in the specification. The services are paid at lump-sum prices. Full project management consulting assignment (ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR + EVA) relating to: The construction of two buildings accommodating approximately 7,300 m² of GFA (SDP) of student housing, young worker housing, and ground-floor activity premises or shops. The project management consulting teams authorized to submit for the competition must be made up of at least 2 architecture firms (one of which will be the lead firm for the grouping), a landscape architect, an environmental engineering office, and engineering offices including the following competencies: structural, construction economics, thermal, building services (MEP), reuse and circular economy, acoustics specialist, and indoor air quality.
