TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is intended to provide an overall institutional support mission aimed at supporting the GH Fondation Vallée – Paul Guiraud in reducing the use of coercive measures and in jointly improving: • the quality and safety of care; • respect for patients’ rights, dignity, privacy, and liberties; • the prevention of crisis situations, violence, or endangerment; • de-escalation, calming, and post-crisis recovery practices; • the quality of life and working conditions of professionals; • institutional and care-and-medical coherence; • collective ownership of best practices; • the facility’s ability to assess, disseminate, and make lasting the changes that have been implemented.
