TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the performance of an overall institutional support mission aimed at supporting the GH Fondation Vallée – Paul Guiraud in reducing the use of coercive measures and in the joint improvement of: • the quality and safety of care; • respect for patients’ rights, dignity, privacy and liberties; • preventing crisis situations, violence or endangerment; • de-escalation, calming and post-crisis recovery practices; • the quality of life and working conditions of professionals; • institutional and care-related consistency; • the collective ownership of good practices; • the establishment’s ability to assess, disseminate and make the changes implemented sustainable.
