TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Nogent-sur-Seine is undertaking an ambitious project to develop the Port of the Aube. The proposed development is intended to be exemplary in environmental terms; it consists in upgrading and strengthening the port infrastructures, creating a trimodal terminal, building all buildings estimated to be necessary for economic development, and reorganising traffic flows and parking. The mission concerns project management assistance in environmental and regulatory matters, including in particular support with administrative procedures and the preparation of regulatory files.
