TENDER DESCRIPTION

Services are paid by lump sum prices. The subject of this contract concerns statutory audit services provided under the provisions of the Commercial Code for the Bon Sauveur d'Alby Foundation and all its establishments for the financial years ending 2027 to 2032 inclusive. The mandate of the statutory auditor of the Bon Sauveur d'Alby Foundation and their substitute will indeed expire at the conclusion of the Foundation's Board of Directors meeting called to deliberate on the accounts for the 2026 financial year. With a view to renewing this mandate, this consultation is launched so that the President of the Bon Sauveur d'Alby Foundation can propose to the Board of Directors to appoint the principal statutory auditor and the substitute statutory auditor selected following this competitive procedure.
