TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority wishes to have general assistance in defining and implementing the consultation with the inhabitants of the territory and facilitating the collective of community elected officials throughout the term of office. The assistance will cover defining strategies, modalities, and means of different forms of dialogue and animation, and their implementation. The first phase of the mission will consist of proposing an overall vision for deploying a consultation/animation strategy targeting the four major targets of the project - elected officials, administration, citizens, and socio-economic actors. The contractor must clarify the intentions, methods, means, and a medium-term agenda. Several consultation tools will be mobilizable to deploy the consultation strategy: audiovisual survey, broad spectrum survey administered by the inhabitants, public meetings, technical workshops, creation and dissemination of content on social networks, creation, animation, and dissemination of debates in a TV studio format.
