TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority wishes to have general assistance in the definition and implementation of consultation with the inhabitants of the territory and the facilitation of the community elected officials' collective throughout the term of office. The assistance will focus on defining strategies, modalities, means of the different forms of dialogue and facilitation, and their implementation. The first step of the mission will be to propose an overall vision for the deployment of a consultation/facilitation strategy for the project's four main target groups – the elected officials, the administration, the citizens, and the socio-economic stakeholders. The contractor must specify the intentions, methods, means, and a medium-term agenda. Several consultation tools will be mobilized to deploy the consultation strategy: audiovisual survey, wide-spectrum survey administered by the inhabitants, public meetings, technical workshops, creation and dissemination of content on social networks, creation, facilitation, and broadcasting of debates in TV studio format.
