TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is awarded in application of Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 and R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The missions assigned to the technical controller are governed by Standard NFP 03.100. They cover both the design phase and the implementation phase of the project, in particular the basic missions L+S, and the complementary missions: P1, F, Ph, Th, LE, Av, GTB, ENV, HYS, PS. The estimated duration of the works is 18 months, with a planned start in September 2028. The estimated works envelope is EUR 11,209,000 (excluding tax). The contract is awarded on a revisable lump-sum price. Contract reserved for a TECHNICAL CONTROL office approved by the technical controllers approval commission (Articles R 111-29 to R 111-42 of the Construction Code).
