TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement is intended to cover the regulatory missions for Safety and Health Protection Coordination (Contrôle Sécurité et Protection de la Santé) for heritage rehabilitation projects and new construction projects for the design and execution phases, relating to operations of category I, II and III, within the meaning of Article R. 4532-1 of the French Labour Code. The contractor is deemed to be familiar with all legislative and regulatory provisions relating to site safety and workers’ health that may apply to the aforementioned operation. The contract is made up of a single unique lot, with the services not being separable. The services will give rise to the conclusion of a single-attribute agreement with purchase orders, pursuant to Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique).
