TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the performance of safety and health protection coordination (CSPS) assignments in the context of construction sites involving drinking water, wastewater and stormwater networks and structures within the perimeter of the Communauté d’agglomération Béziers Méditerranée, including work related to GEMAPI and roads. Safety and health protection coordination assignments will be carried out in accordance with Law No. 93-1418 of 31 December 1993 and its implementing decrees in force for each coordination assignment ordered. Under this framework agreement, the assignments are limited to categories 2 and 3; no category 1 assignment. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from the date of its notification. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end date. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuing of purchase orders. The services are paid for using unit prices and fixed (lump-sum) prices.
