TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services are settled on the basis of unit prices and lump-sum prices. The technical specifications and the terms for carrying out the structural diagnostic mission cover the roof framing and framing of 514 individual housing units resulting from the « VIVADES » programme (construction period 2000-2005), distributed across the Pas-de-Calais Habitat portfolio. Following defects observed and preliminary expert assessments, structural vulnerability has been identified in certain single-family houses with light-gauge metal framing and timber roof framing. The defects observed include deformations of the framing, risks of buckling/sideways displacement of framing elements, as well as any alterations resulting from subsequent interventions (in particular cutting sections during insulation works by blown-in insulation). The mission aims to establish a comprehensive inventory, house by house, in order to prioritise levels of risk, identify construction methods (metal structure vs masonry/cinder blocks) and recommend suitable precautionary or remedial actions, together with their associated timeframes The services are settled on the basis of unit prices and lump-sum prices.
