The contract has a provisional start date of December 18, 2026, and will officially commence from the date of its notification. • As-built Dossier (AOR): 4 weeks from the date of acceptance of the works, with a 30-day decision period for the client.

• PRO-DCE (Études de projet et dossier de consultation des entreprises - Project Studies and Tender Dossier): This involves preparing a detailed technical note on rainwater management, a Bill of Quantities, a detailed cost estimate and measurement per work, a provisional works execution schedule, a specific site charter with low nuisances, and a construction waste management notice. This phase also compiles other necessary documents for the tender dossier.
• ACT (Assistance pour la passation des contrats de travaux - Assistance for the Award of Works Contracts): This phase includes the analysis report of offers.
• DET - VISA (Direction de l'exécution des contrats de travaux - Supervision of Works Contracts Execution & Examen de conformité et visa des études d'exécution - Conformity review and approval of execution studies): This involves site meeting reports and the visa of execution studies from the companies.
• AOR+GPA (Assistance aux opérations de réception et pendant la garantie de parfait achèvement + Garantie de parfait achèvement - Assistance during Acceptance Operations and during the Perfect Completion Guarantee Period + Perfect Completion Guarantee): The final deliverable is the verified and approved "Dossier des ouvrages exécutés" (As-built dossier).
