TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns project management services for the construction of a new fire station in Belleville-en-Beaujolais and shared municipal spaces, with a gross floor area estimated at approximately 1,339 m² (including 1,094 m² of premises for SDMIS and 245 m² of shared premises). The current fire station in Belleville-en-Beaujolais is located in the town centre. The building is aging (functionally and in terms of energy performance). In addition, its location within a dense urban fabric does not allow for a suitable extension to the fire station in order to meet the projected needs. A new-build construction is therefore required in order to best adapt the premises’ functionality and the building’s energy and environmental performance. To facilitate the SDMIS’s establishment on the territory, the municipality of Belleville-en-Beaujolais will carry out the construction of the fire station project. Both SDMIS and the Municipality are engaged in a process to share spaces and develop a “fire station of tomorrow” model.
