TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes optional tranches defined in the specifications. The details of the missions assigned to the contractor are set out in the specifications. The services are paid at fixed prices. The purpose of this contract is to be able to commission the delivery of engineering design supervision (master planning) missions for development works, as well as various complementary missions, as part of the PEM project for VIC - MIREVAL. The programme covered by this contract includes in particular: - the creation of a bus service arranged around the small square (placette); - the construction of secure spaces dedicated to active modes; - the construction of a greenway (voie verte), in line with the route of EuroVélo 8, enabling the elimination of the existing cycle-network discontinuity between the existing cycle facilities on either side of the project; - the development of a drop-off area; - the creation of dedicated parking for powered two-wheelers; - the construction of a parking area of approximately 100 spaces (with possible extension) incorporating the required equipment and related services (PMR, electric charging points, etc.); - the implementation of stormwater…
