TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes optional tranches defined in the specification. The details of the missions entrusted to the contractor are set out in the specification. The services are paid for by lump-sum prices. The purpose of this contract is to enable the awarding of the implementation of project management consulting for development work, as well as various complementary missions, within the framework of the PEM project for VIC - MIREVAL. The programme covered by this contract includes in particular: - the creation of a bus service arranged around the small square (placette); - the creation of secured areas dedicated to active modes; - the creation of a greenway, following the route of EuroVélo 8, making it possible to eliminate the existing cycling discontinuity between the cycling facilities on either side of the project; - the development of a drop-off zone; - the creation of parking dedicated to motorbikes/motor scooters; - the creation of a parking area of approximately 100 spaces (with possible extension), incorporating the regulatory equipment and associated services (PRM, electric charging points, etc.); - the implementation of stormwater management systems (retention basin,…
