TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this consultation is the design management mission for the refurbishment of 120 rental dwellings in collective housing at the “LE VALLON” residence in the commune of Sète (34 200). Several entrances provide access to the dwellings. They are located: rue de la Pérouse, rue Robespierre and rue de l'Astrolabe. The residence consists of 4 buildings constructed in the 1960s and is situated in an urban area mainly made up of private housing, shops, and an education centre such as a high school. Building A: 30 dwellings Building B: 30 dwellings Building C: 30 dwellings Building D: 30 dwellings The buildings are located on cadastral plots referenced AY 187, 188, 226, 196, 223, 224. The dwellings consist of different unit types from T1 to T5. The buildings comprise several floors and common areas such as landings, cellars, and the attic.
